A highly reputable design and brand agency is looking for a Studio Manager to run their busy 40 strong studio. Based in incredible offices near Southwark, with views across the Thames and more social facilities than you can shake a stick at, it’s a pleasure to work there!

Onto the serious stuff though, this is an opportunity for a seasoned Studio Manager who has worked in integrated agency environments, multi-disciplined, ideally with knowledge of design, brand, campaigns, digital, film, to possibly even brand activation, shopper marketing, packaging design.

As their Studio Manager, you’re the lynchpin between an awesome creative team, and a sassy client services team who operate with incredible efficiency. 70% of this role is working with the teams to smoothly traffic the workflow, across the various disciplines. And to ensure you’ve got the right resources and freelancers in place if necessary. They have a big pool of external talent to choose from, but it would be amazing if you had a strong network yourself!

So as Studio Manager, you take ownership of and responsibility for the creative, co-ordination and management of schedules of work through the studio ensuring the profitability and timely delivery of all projects. You'll agree appropriate implementation plans and create project timelines and budgets conducting regular review meetings monitoring project status.
