Our Client Services desk is handled by Nadina, who comes from a strong recruitment background in PR, ... comms and office support. Originally from Romania, she’s worked in Greece, Czech Republic, London and now remotely from sunny Seville in Spain. Outside of work she loves a good thriller and is even a qualified Hypnotherapist - so if she asks you to look into her eyes, watch out.
Roxi Dodkins
Operations Manager
Roxi is our line dancing, country music-loving Operations Manager. She’s no stranger to Gabriele a ...nd originally joined in 2007 as a Resourcer. After a short sabbatical back home to sunny SA, she returned to Gabriele in 2015... then again in 2017 as our part-time Operations Manager, and now she's back full time! Roxi has a wealth of experience in Design Recruitment, online marketing and website design. She loves reading, theatre and is a trained actress who is currently the leading lady in her little family of 4.

Our story began roughly 25 years ago, back when we were known as Gabriele Skelton. Since then, our industry knowledge and connections have grown bigger and bigger (although the size of our team has stayed about the same). Now we’re one of the most respected and recognised names in creative recruitment. Why? – because we know great creative, can spot awesome talent, and we share integrity in all we do.
We’re proudly boutique, and fiercely passionate about making quality connections. We’re less about making a quick buck and more about helping you find your perfect career match. We are into long term relationships, not just one-night stands.
