Design Strategist with at least 2 years’ experience is needed for a global design & innovation agency who can pack a punch. You will probably know them by their reputation – transforming brand experiences that people love and thus growing businesses. They literally work from space ships to sex toys, and pretty much every category in between!
You’ll work with a specialist team within this agency who are design and innovation strategists. Expertise in methodologies spanning trend forecasting, user insight, experience mapping, scenario building, to brand strategy. Creating conditions for a brand to thrive.
They need a Design Strategist to work with other senior and talented members of their team who is comfortable in planning and implementing numerous creative research methodologies from user ethnography to expert interviews. You’ll be comfortable choosing the right methodology as well as planning, conducting and capturing primary research and ideally have camera experience so you can craft your story beautifully. You can analyse all your research finding and identity new perspectives to give the client a fresh perspective.
You’ll be able to incorporate insights into compelling presentations for the design team and clients and identify new trends.
You should have a degree that is relevant to a design and innovation company (for example in product, transport,
packaging, engineering, or digital) and have 2 - 3 years’ experience with design research.
You are culturally keyed in and are curious and have a good understanding of trends and are able to quickly get to grips with the concepts and language of new subject areas.
