This independent brand and retail design agency is a real powerhouse, with ace designers, strategists and innovators. They define and design brands bringing them to life as physical and digital experiences utilising their expertise across branding, strategy, communications, environments and digital and are seeking an ambitious creative strategist with around 2-3 years’ experience in a branding or experiential agency to join their innovative and growing team!

Located smack bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Clerkenwell, you will report into the Associate Strategy Director and work alongside the creative teams gathering insights and collating research to feed into the definition stage of the project all the while building your knowledge of retail and sector influences. The strategic team is a small but collaborative one, there is lots of room for mentorship, the opportunity to grow and learn and achieve. You will be working with multi-disciplinary teams and soaking in information like a sponge! This role is perfect for a junior with some experience under their belt looking for the next step up and to be the best they can be. You need to be a strong strategic thinker, naturally creative, inquisitive and curious, a proven collaborator with a passion for innovative ideas who thrives on detail, but can also appreciate the bigger picture.

This independent agency is always a buzz with new work and ideas - they like to play and work hard, so you would need to be able to be flexible with regards to working hours and you may be required to travel.
