We are urgently looking for an Account Manager, for an initial 6 month contract with view to going permanent, with experience of working in the AFRICAN market in a branding communications agency based here in London. Experience of the African market might be because you are native to the African continent, or an understanding of culture, countries and ways of working. But this is essential to this role please.
This Account Manager will join a successful branding & marketing communicaitons agency whose clients are mainly based in North, East and West Africa. Clients are in the financial services sector, charity, and professional services.
This boutique agency is looking for a confident and diplomatic Account Manager who has proven experience working with the African market. This role is to work primarily with African countries so it's an opportunity to liaise in a business context with a variety of corporate and financial services clients.
Your experience comes from working in a branding or communications agency so to date you've already been working on brand and corporate communications, integrated comms, digital and social and rolling these out across various touch points. You have strong communication skills, excellent written ability and experience working with designers.
You're able to spin plates, moving from project to project with ease and calm and enjoy working in a smaller team where you're day is varied. This role would suit Account Managers wanting to understand clients' businesses with the ability to guide and advise them. Commercially and brand savvy, you can also translate your clients briefs to the creative’s and manage each step of the process.
