Account Manager with marketing - maternity cover





We're looking for an Account Manager with key strengths in nurturning client relationships, helping to drive repeat business by advising clients what this agency can do for them. This creative agency are hugely talented and visual thinking provides the foundation for everything they do, be it a vision-mapping session, a digital sketchnote, a training session or an animation.

Animation, infographics, illustrations, moving image, to live drawing and vision mapping, this 30 strong creative team work with clients in education, charities, not for profit, with government departments through to construction and financial services to name a few. They've got some big names in there and global tech start ups too! Never a dull day!

This is a 6-9 month maternity cover, possibly longer of course, working as the conduit between the external client and internal producers, making sure their clients receive outstanding levels of service. You will be able to effectively communicate their services, ethos and value, providing a consultative approach to the ways they help clients think, work and communicate better. You’ll need to be skilled in negotiating the right package to suit each client’s needs, managing the balance of their needs, wants and priorities, and maintaining great client relationships to drive repeat business.

While all Account Managers are responsible for ensuring new clients are handled effectively, your primary focus will be on growing repeat business from their established client base. This will involve creating account plans, building on existing relationships, connecting with new contacts and communicating the value this agency can bring as a trusted partner. You will also be responsible for commercial proposals and negotiations connected to premier and growth accounts. You'll be supported all the way by the senior team. This is likely to be a busy role, this agency is on fire so you will need to be extremely organised and effective with your time.

Their work is fabulous and you need to have creative agency experience please and a good understanding of digital platforms. Ready to start in early February!
