You will be a pivotal part of the Digital Specialist team – they are providing a major digital offering to their clients in brand experience and creation, creating development projects, websites, experiential, content strategy and social media (and everything in between). As Account Director, you will be responsible for running and managing a mix of large accounts with multiple streams – so get your passport ready as there will be short travel involved to meet clients who love a face to face, as well as part of projects. You will be delivering large and complex integrated projects which need organisation and logistics, we are talking big rollouts and lots of production.
You are a master at growing accounts, able to build a strong platform for commercial growth and best in-class creative work is key here. Continual learning is a must in this agency and so they need you to be nurturing, inspiring and supportive, able to mentor and encourage junior members and help them grow. Ideally you have a creative mind that is carefully balanced with commercial acumen – a natural leader that can be looked up to and who can lead by example.
