The work is highly conceptual, it’s classy, it’s crafted, they are specialists in brand positioning, brand identity, structural and packaging design. As their Midweight Strategist, you will be mentored and nurtured by the Director of Strategy and assist not only with developing and growing their strategy offer, but you will be involved in writing creative briefs that challenge the clients thinking and bring it to life for the creative team. You will also be very involved in new business pitches and throughout all this, you will be learning from the best and trust us you will learn a lot!
A good understanding of trends, insights and the importance of culture – you need to “get” people and help filter through all the information to nail the insight for the client. They are problem solvers, thinkers, movers, shakers. Innovation and fresh ideas are key to this team and you need to want to be a part of that! They work hybrid too!
