Senior Account Manager with experience in creating a new product, brand or service, shifting perception and reputation, entering a new category or market, and building inspired teams to join this leading international and proudly independent brand and design consultancy based in the heart of London.

Brand knowledge and a passion for branding is essential as this isn’t an advertising agency. This is a 25 strong team who love what they do, they create compelling brands that make a significant impact and drive success. They work with the crème de la crème of clients, we are talking luxury, premium and high-end brands across travel, lifestyle, hospitality, property, tech and consumer.

Their work is polished, crafted and stunning, very strategic and their clients love them for it. You will manage very complex and exciting projects across brand strategy, naming, brand identity, all the way through to comms, integrated campaigns and experiential for both print & digital.

Onto you… you are already a Senior Account Manager in a branding agency, and you are looking for your next challenge. A key aspect of this role will be exceptional client service, you will collaborate with account directors, strategists and creatives on complex projects, while building relationships with your clients, understanding their objectives, and spotting new business opportunities to grow accounts. You are well versed in the brand strategy development and design process and can converse confidently with clients, building rapport.

This is a collaborative team, and you will help support the management of key accounts and steer existing projects to meet delivery and build. You are naturally organised – a list maker, you communicate confidently and are adaptable and thrive when in a busy environment. You are a creative problem-solver with a commercial and numerical head on your shoulders and you love working within a team, but also like autonomy.

This is a special team who really thrive and love what they do, they are in their gorgeous studio near Bond Street tube station 5 days a week but are also flexible.
