We are working with a globally recognised creative agency with bases in London, Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland who are looking for a Design Director/Associate Graphic Designer to join them in Auckland.

In essence, this is about design, design thinking and team management. They’d like strong experience in strategic wayfinding and design, exemplary leadership qualities, project management experience
and experience in budgeting and cost management

This is a key role within the studio, who are approximately 12 strong in Auckland, managing the design team and ensuring the delivery of design excellence. Definitely liaising with offices around the world too.

As a leader you will develop relationships within the industry, mentor your team and promote staff longevity, be a champion of the businesses reputation and strive to uphold the quality the agency is renowned for.

A role for an ambitious, experienced creative who enjoys the process, and being deeply involved in the success of the business.
