Strategy Director, or moving up into this, with experience in both business strategy, culture change, as well as brand strategy to work with a highly respected independent brand and business design consultancy in London. They are B-Corp Certifed, 25 strong. Underpinned by strong, analytical and commercial rigour, this brand consultancy already challenges the status quo and wants you to help them push their strategic offer and support the awesome brands they work with.

As their new Strategy Director, you will work with a small, existing team of strategists who are already more expert in brand strategy. Here’s what you do – you will compliment them with your experience in both business and brand challenges, plus the ability to inspire and unite the team to bring the creative vision to life.

Commercial rigour, being the sounding board for both business and brand challenges is key here. Delivery of their consultancy offer, including brand strategy, positioning, portfolio strategy & architecture, experience & innovation strategy, plus employee engagement and culture change – underpinned by deep consumer insight, analytical and commerical knowledge. Their work is impactful and beautifully crafted too. The founders came from big group agencies, and have built this branding agency to be smart and more agile.

And a relationship builder, building trust and credibility with their clients in B2B, B2C, fintech, to purpose brands, not for profit is absolutely key. They are moving businesses and brands, which requires this gravitas.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be establishing and growing large, profitable client relationships across B2B, B2C and not-for-profit clients. Leading projects from start to finish, working with the new business team to drive their efforts and being able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the team. You will have a voice, they want you to share your experience and knowledge introducing new concepts, approaches, and ways of working.

A consultancy background is helpful, perhaps brand agency too, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a team who love to collaborate, have fun together and produce work that challenges the status quo. A real team of grown-ups, there are no egos here and they look after their team.
